Refund Policy

At ServEase, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that unforeseen situations can arise, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which such requests can be made through the ServEase platform.


📆 Cancellations

1. Before Provider Acceptance
You may cancel any booking free of charge before the provider accepts it.
To cancel, open the ServEase Customer App, go to your booking details, and select "Cancel Booking".
Full refund will be issued for advance booking services.

2. Provider Unavailability
In rare situations where the provider cannot attend due to unforeseen reasons, the booking may be declined by the provider. In such cases, you can:

  • Reschedule your appointment to a later time that suits you, or

  • Cancel the booking and receive a full refund (no cancellation fee applies if it's an advance booking service).


💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the user's wallet within the app (only applicable to advance booking services).

Not eligible for full refund if:

  • You cancel after the provider has accepted the booking.

  • The service was completed as described, but you're dissatisfied with the outcome.

  • Minor delays or inconveniences occur during service delivery.

  • You change the scope of service after the provider arrives, which may incur extra charges.
